The NH Connections project provides for the time of a facilitator in five regions of NH. NH has five regions identified as North Country, Lakes Region, Central Southwest, South Central, and Seacoast. The Regional Support Networks provide the platform for exchange of knowledge and experiences gained during the development and sustainability of local school partnership teams. The Network will increase awareness of resources, identify the regional gaps in supports and services, and work to address those gaps.
